DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering was established in the year 2007 with the intake of 60 students at Under Graduate level which later on increased to 74 students in 2015 by AICTE. In the same year Post Graduate level Program with specialization in E-security was approved with intake of 16 students. The department consists of advanced lab components and highly qualified teachers fully dedicated towards the all-round development of the students.

Computer science is a discipline that spans theory and practice. It requires thinking both in abstract terms and in concrete terms. The practical side of computing can be seen everywhere. Nowadays, practically everyone is a computer user, and many people are even computer programmers. Motto of our department is to provide quality education in theory as well as in practical. We want to promote creativity innovation and entrepreneurship by enabling the students to transform their ideas into practical implementation for high-tech applications. We also motivate students for National and International level examination like GATE, CAT, and GRE.
