The Department of Electronics and Telecommunication of Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus, started in year 1999. The Department offers B.Tech courses (Electronics and Telecommunication) [Intake 60], M. Tech. courses in E&TC ( Communications) [Intake 18], M. Tech. courses in E&TC (VLSI- Design)[Intake 18] and Ph.D. (Electronics and Telecommunication) courses. The laboratories are well equipped with modern experimental and computational facilities. The under-graduate course has been accredited three times by National Board of Accreditation in 2005 and 2012 and in 2019. The Department has been recognized by the university as the Research Centre in the State for carrying out Ph.D. programme in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Professional societies :ISTE and IEEE are active throughout the year to develop and support co-curriculum and extra curriculum activities among the students.
