Professor Abhishek Mishra, the former Vice-President of SSTC, was a visionary leader, an
inspiring educationalist, and a true innovator. He believed that education should go beyond
textbooks—nurturing creativity, critical thinking, and the courage to experiment without the
fear of failure.
His dream was to build an institution that encouraged free and progressive thinking, where
students and faculty could transform ideas into innovations. Through his emphasis on
research, invention, and practical learning, he helped lay a strong foundation for academic
excellence at SSTC. His pioneering initiatives, including Outcome-Based Learning (OBL)
and the EDRP system, reflected his commitment to innovation, transparency, and real-world
education.
A passionate technocrat, he consistently promoted advanced laboratories, experiential
learning, research culture, and global exposure for students through prestigious
opportunities and collaborations.
Beyond academics, Professor Abhishek Mishra contributed immensely to sports,
entrepreneurship, entertainment, and the broader development of Chhattisgarh. His dynamic
personality, visionary leadership, and belief in teamwork inspired countless students, faculty
members, and colleagues.
His vision, values, and dedication continue to inspire SSTC and remain deeply embedded in
the institution's journey towards excellence.
