Books Exhibition
“Books Exhibition” are organized by Library Time To Time.
On the Request of Publishers Library invites and Permit them to Exhibit their Publications in the Reading hall of Library, so that Faculty Members/Students can see the books physically for recommendations.
Selected books by the subject teacher and HOD are Purchased after the final approval by the Director for Library.

Condition of Loan
- Borrowers must satisfy themselves about the physical condition of the books before borrowing.
- Reference books, rare books, periodical publication, syllabus, and news paper are not issued on loan.
- All books on loan will be returned at the expiry of 30 days from the date of issue otherwise an overdue charge of Rs. 5.00 per volume per day shall be charged.
- Reference books & periodicals will be issued on special request after prior permission of respective HOD’s for over night.
- Replacement of missing books would be accepted, otherwise the 1.5 times of same books will be charged.
- Damage books will be accepted back after its proper binding.
- Loan may be terminated at any time by the order of librarian.
- A member, who infringes rules, shall be liable to forfeit his privilege of admission to and borrowing of books from the library.
