Department of Applied Chemistry

Message by HOD

The subject "Applied Chemistry" is a basic science subject of the engineering curriculum but still it plays a significant role. The knowledge of the subject helps for successful & efficient working in most of the core engineering sectors. Applied chemistry is the application of the principles and theories of chemistry to answer a specific question or solve a real-world problem. The subject develops the concepts of Chemistry in Engineering. Environment & ecology have become need of the day, as our planet badly needs us to pay attention on environmental pollution. The subject develops the concepts of Chemistry in Engineering. Future Target Planning. Environment and. Ecology includes the study of plant and animal populations, plant and animal communities and ecosystems.

Our Objectives

Short Term Goals

  1. To provide fundamental as well as advance knowledge of subject to the students.
  2. To solve Easy, medium and difficult level questions.
  3. To fulfill the Experimental activities apart from CSVTU curriculum.
  4. To develop moral skills apart from teaching.

Long Term Goals

  1. To develop critical & analytical abilities.
  2. To develop safety skills.
  3. To conduct Seminars & Conferences in the department to enhance knowledge.
  4. To develop extra co-curricular activities.
  5. To accelerate R & D works in the department by our faculty members
